TERMS OF SERVICE
commissions terms of service
• General:
- I draw feral, ponies, anthro and human, any species, any bodytype (as long isn't extreme), artistic nude and nsfw (only for +18).
- I don't draw rape scenes, pedophilia, zoophilia, crude violence, extreme fetishes (such as inflating, scatt, vore, hyper muscles, etc).
- I have the right to reject any kind of work that may harm my ideology and promotes hatespeach.
- I work regularly from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, except on holidays and weekends.
- Works with adult content will be sold only to adults.• Payment:
- Payments must be made via PayPal or Wise in USD.
- There will be no payment refund after the work has been started.• Art Progress:
- The deadline for deliverying any work is at least a month. I will notify you of any delays.
- Major changes of the work can be made only while I am doing the sketch.
- You have all the freedom to say how you would like the sketch to be, I shall create based on your description
- You may have small changes on the line and flat colour stage, after that, any modifications can be charged.
- Only minor changes allowed on flat color stage.
- Very vibrant colors are subject to slight modifications given the style of my art.• Copyright:
- I have the right to use the works on my websites.
- The client has the right to publish the work online, as long as they are credited to me.
- The art must be only for personal use (like prints, shirts, badges) with no financial gain.
designs terms of service
• General:
- The character you claimed must not be used for commercial use, only for a personal use.
- You are allowed to do edits on the character design you claimed, as long as you still crediting me as the original creator of design.
- You must not do edits on the original image reference of the design.
- You are allowed to trade or resell the designs you claimed.
- You must not resell designs you received as a gift.
- If you decided to resell it, you must not increase the original price of the character you claimed, unless they have extra artworks.• Payment:
- Holdings can be discussed.
- I may hold the character for you, as long as you give me a sign of $5 (USD). The sign won't be refunded if there is quitclaim.
- The payment is made through PayPal invoices in USD.
Please, I ask you to read my terms of service before commission me.Don't forget to check my queue so there were no misunderstandings.

The amount might change according to the level of details and additionals, as well as from characters without any references.• Canva size: around 4000px
For Customs (a new character created from the beginning) there will be an additional cost of +$30
